The registration fee includes full access to all 9th AIC sessions and activities, along with conference materials (name badge, notepad, and pen). It also covers scheduled coffee and tea breaks, one daily lunch restaurant meal ticket, airport transfer services as arranged by the organizers, one organized excursion, and admission to the gala dinner.

Please note that accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee, and participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own lodging expenses.
